OK so if you are thinking about going to GOA do not stay in Bagga or Calengute (may spelt this wrong) very very busy we stayed on the outskirts in Resort Rio. Amazing hotel absolutely spotless and staff I fell in love with easy to communicate with.

Holidays in heaven

Think of goa think resort rio. The place you like to stay after leaving ur home. Friendly staff, hotel maintenance is good. Starts from sweet voice at booking who ask you to stay by the name sampada. Check in made easy as all information given prior to arrival. Food excellent, pool huge. Pool bar unbelievable and relaxing. Thanks to all to make our stay enjoyable. Sampada, rameshwar, errol, yogesh, chef, service guys. All have a smile on the face .

Highly recommended

I stayed at rio with my family. It was a wonderful experience,starting from check-in till check-out. Some pros cons are :-
Pros - 1. front desk employees are very helpful.
2. Near to baga beach
3. Taxi stand is near with very reasonable rates.But you cab bargain if you are looking for self driven car/bike.
4.if you have any specific requirement mail them before hand and they will arrange it for sure. In my case i asked for pram for my 1 year old baby and double bed mattress.both requests were took care of.
Cons- 1. Breakfast is good, but almost same everyday.
Overall you will enjoy your stay here for sure.most of the negative reviews are from guests who were not aware of new year charges for dinner. I was also little worried before coming to resort but it was a grear stay and we all enjoyed.

Great stay

We spent a quality time at this resort and enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel is superb and good swimming pool. Overall a fantastic place to sit back realx and enjoy. We are coming again next year for sure. Stayed January 2017, travelled with friends

One of my best vacation ever

I have been in this hotel in past week and I enjoyed it a alot. the best thing about hotel is its Staff I want to thanks speciall both Duty maneger mrs Saswati and her other couligue which care us while we have been there and solve any kind of of thing the best way. Location of hotel is great access to car and bike rental also near super market and lots of resturant around also best beaches like candulim and vagator and morjim, also 5 mins from club cubanna, and calangut city. The area of hotel is very nice too with two pool in both buldings several resturanes and bar ,and pool bar, one point is that if you are going better to reserve full boared and take all inclusive option so you would have access to verity of food and drink all for free while you are there which it is really to be worth the money you pay. At end I wants to thanks all the member which made our staying with there own nice laugh and always saying Namasteh in indian very as tasty as Indian food and calture , sure we will be back .

Good Experience and Stay at the Resort

The Stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast had lots of option to chose from. The reception was extremely helpful, the service was excellent. Alush at the reception desk made our stay memorable by giving us good advice on how to explore Goa.

Experience in resort

Resort is very good. We had a great fun over there. Over all ambiance is too good & staff also very cooperative. Rooms are of very good size with good interior & facility. Kitchen part also very good as we had variety of foods in buffet & they specialy arranged jain food also as per our taste.Mr Fransisco & Mr Kamal who is incharge over there in dining area helped us in every angle. I recently came back from Goa, I stayed at the hotel resort reo . I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the hotels location, And the service. Excellent staff .I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go on holiday.The staff are excellent namely Asha,Hersha,Valonia,Shankar,Bosco, Satish, Errol, Suvidha, Kazi,and Luni also The managers precilo .

Heaven on Earth

The hotel is few KMS away from baga beach. And is next to other nice Beaches as well. Hotel staff are amazing and very helpful, ask the concierge whatever you want and he'll send you there. It is my third time in this hotel and I always get a breath taking view! Amazing!
